Programs

We introduce youths into the world of innovation and technology for social impact through artificial intelligence hackathons and digital literacy trainings.

We foster young girls and boys physical and mental well-being by addressing key physical supports youths need to develop resilience and utilise their potential.

We mentor and guide youth so that they are employment ready by providing them with job readiness training and coaching that focuses on soft skills demanded by employers such as communication, time management, customer service, how to write and update a CV, how to search and apply for jobs, practice job interviews, as well as link them to enterprises for internships.

We train youths about being aware of themselves and others, and using that awareness to manage themselves and embrace their being and gender, youths behaviour, their responses to stressful or challenging situations, and manage their relationships with others using virtual reality (VR) equipments.

How We Are Making A Difference

Youth especially young girls should be at the forefront of Tanzania’s transformation and, at UJUZI, we work hard to ensure that they will be!

We believe skills can unlock Tanzanians youth potential. Yet, many youth especially girls are actively discouraged from pursuing science subjects in high school. We seek and identify ready to be change makers Tanzania’s youths and provide them with practical and competent world-class skills and training of the future that will develop them into the female and competent leaders of tomorrow.

Our free skills trainings for youths from all backgrounds including low-income and marginalised societies ensure that youth are given the opportunities they deserve to utilise their potential and become agents of change in their societies.
